- Scope of supply: Provided a comprehensive package of stainless‑steel components, fittings, supports, gaskets, and structural materials for the installation of the culinary and coffee mixes process line at Nestlé’s Qazvin plant.
- Process fittings: Supplied multiple SS304 clamp supports (various rod lengths from 15 cm to 80 cm), SMS unions, and bolt‑and‑nut assemblies (M10–M14, 100 mm) for secure, hygienic connections in product and utility lines.
- Hygienic sealing: Delivered food‑grade gaskets and O‑rings (DN25–DN80) for secure, sanitary joints, ensuring leak‑free operation and full CIP compatibility.
- Structural components: Included SS304 angle bars, plates (flat and checkered), and hanging supports designed for load‑bearing stability and corrosion resistance in food‑processing environments.
Specialty hardware:
Provided Hilti RE500 V3 bolting adhesive for structural anchoring,
painted carbon‑steel components (hinges, eye plates, fence panels), and
galvanized/painted profiles for support frames.
Consumables & finishing materials:
Supplied fastening accessories, fabrication consumables, and finishing
elements such as flushing plates to complete installation works to spec.
Integration purpose:
All materials matched the OEM equipment layout and Nestlé engineering
standards, enabling precise, efficient assembly and long service life
with minimal maintenance requirements.
