Process Tank Overview

Fanpod® process tanks are designed to integrate seamlessly into your production line, providing sanitary storage, mixing, and controlled processing of liquids. Tanks can be customized for heating, cooling, or jacketed operation, ensuring precise temperature control for sensitive products.

Available in vertical and horizontal orientations, the tanks utilize 304 or 316L stainless steel, polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm for hygienic applications. Fittings, valves, and lids are fully sanitary to maintain product safety.
