Diaphragm Valve Overview
Diaphragm valves from Fanpod® use a flexible elastomer diaphragm pressed against a weir or seat to control flow and isolate process fluids. These valves are ideal for hygienic lines where contamination prevention, CIP compatibility, and gentle handling of sensitive products are required.
Constructed from 304L or 316L stainless steel with polished surfaces, our diaphragm valves come in a variety of connections including Tri-Clamp, SMS, and flanged types, making them suitable for food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications.
