Overview of Storage Tanks

Fanpod® storage tanks are designed with 304 or 316L stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and maintaining product purity. They are ideal for storage of milk, juice, water, or other process liquids. Vertical and horizontal configurations are available based on volume and process requirements. Tanks up to 50,000 liters use stainless steel bases; larger tanks use skirt bases or concrete pads.

Internal surfaces are polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm to enable full CIP/SIP cleaning, preventing microbial growth and ensuring hygienic storage.

Capacities & Configurations

Fanpod® storage tanks are designed to suit small-scale storage to large production volumes. Vertical tanks are ideal for space-saving and process flow optimization, while horizontal tanks facilitate easy maintenance and integration with CIP systems. Custom sizes and configurations are available to meet specific project requirements.

Sanitary Design & Quality Assurance

All tanks are manufactured under strict QC standards, from cutting, roll-forming, TIG welding, to passivation. Surface polishing, leak testing, and certifications (MTC, WPS, WPQ) ensure hygiene and durability. Tanks comply with ASME, PED, and GMP standards.
