Liquid Magnetic Filters (LiqMAG Guard®)
Designed for pipeline installation in liquids, slurries, and pastes, these filters trap micro-metallic particles before they reach pumps or final filters. Rare-earth neodymium magnets up to 12,000 Gauss ensure even sub-micron metal particles are removed.
Key Technical Features:
- Sanitary 304L or 316L stainless steel housing, polished hygienically
- Pressure up to 10 bar (145 psi), high-temp up to 120°C for HT models
- Sanitary Tri-Clamp, SMS, or Flanged connections
- Protects pumps, heat exchangers, and homogenizers
Powder & Granule Magnetic Filters (PowderGuard®)
For free-flowing powders and granules, drawer and grate magnets ensure full contact with the magnetic surface using staggered rows. Easy-clean and self-cleaning options prevent bridging or blockages.

Easy-Clean models allow safe removal of magnetic cores without manual scraping, while EPDM or food-grade silicone O-rings ensure complete sealing in liquid models.
