Fanpod® Stainless Steel Tanks
Durable, Hygienic, and Process-Optimized

Fanpod® hygienic stainless steel tanks are engineered for durability, operational efficiency, and complete hygiene across food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications.

Stainless Steel Tanks Overview

Fanpod® tanks utilize high-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and easy cleaning. They are designed for diverse processes—from storage of milk or process water to mixing, pasteurization, and fermentation of food and pharmaceutical products. Tanks are available vertically or horizontally depending on capacity, with robust stainless steel bases for volumes up to 50,000 liters, and skirt bases or concrete pads recommended for larger tanks.

All internal surfaces are highly polished to prevent microbial buildup. For pharmaceutical and hygienic food applications, internal surfaces are finished with Ra≤0.8 μm, enabling full CIP (clean-in-place) cleaning.

Temperature Control & Fittings

Tanks can be equipped with heating or cooling jackets to maintain product temperature. All connections, valves, and lids are sanitary fittings. Advanced process integration allows for sensors such as level indicators, pressure gauges, and temperature probes.

Engineering & Quality Assurance

All tanks are manufactured under strict quality control, from cutting and roll-forming to TIG welding with passivation gas. Leak tests, dye penetrant inspections, and passivation guarantee surface integrity. Certificates such as MTC, WPS, and WPQ are available for sensitive projects.

Fanpod® tanks comply with international standards such as ASME, PED, and GMP, with optional integration for CIP/SIP systems.
